Biggest Loser Maintenance Program
Beginning
Monday, May 12, keep track of your cardiovascular and strength training
workouts, daily diet, and water intake.
Earn
points for everything you do over the next 10 weeks!
Your
points will earn you a prize at the end of the program, and most
importantly keep you motivated and on track during the summer months.
The
program ends July 20. Your results must be submitted to the front desk
by Sunday, July 27.
