Hip Hop Dance/ Break Dance learn how to hold a freeze and work together to create a set moves look cool learn different moves and steps to today's popular music. See flyer for class details.

Race for Chase, Triathlon Program provides youth with a fun, skill building, life-changing experience by introducing them to the sport of triathlon. This free program runs for 6 weeks, June 23- August 2, 2014. Program times are 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. daily, Monday – Friday. Registration is for children ages 6-12 years old. Strides to Cure Diabetes The Brookfield Lions Club, JDRF (Fairfield County Chapter) and the Regional YMCA of Western Connecticut are proud to co-sponsor this event to promote diabetes awareness and research. Bring the whole family, participate in both the 10-K run and 3- mile walk, and generously support this charitable fundraising event. Click here for event details.

YMCA's Healthy Kids Day Join us on April 26th from 1:00pm-3:00pm at the Boughton Street Branch for an afternoon filled with fun FREE activities for both the kids and adults. For more details see our flyer.

Middle School Maddness
The Y is staying open late so middle school can take over! The facility will be open exclusively to students 5th-8th grade on Saturday, April 26th from 8-10pm. See flyer for details.

One-On-One Sessions: Pilates or Yoga Special attenti
