Outdoor Body Blast Bootcamp Join us for mixed cardio and functional fitness training in the great outdoors. All fitness levels are welcome. Optional-bring your own mat. Class will be every Tuesday 6:15-7p; April 30-June 18. Meet outside near the camp parking lot. Full Members: Free Non-members: $5.00 on site.

Summer Pilates Program at Tarrywile Park Strengthen and lengthen core muscles in the beautiful fresh air! Meet us by the barn at Tarrywile Park. Parking is at the Southern Boulevard entrance to the park. Class will take place Thursdays at 9:15am (Class will not run if it rains) May 30 – August 29. Free to Full YMCA members. Class is open to the public for a $5 per class drop in fee. Don’t forget your yoga mat, towel, and water.

Be a Book Worm! join our Monthly Book Club and Discussion and keep your mind sharp and enjoy the company of fellow members as we discuss a new book each month. Book selections will include fiction, non-fiction, historical fiction, memoirs, and will be selected by the group. Meetings will take place every 3rd Wednesday of every month. Please sign up at the Greenknoll Member Service Desk.

Pounds Off Program An 8-week non-competitive program designed to give personal attention to help you achieve weight loss or healthy lifestyle goals. New group starting Friday May 24 for full members. Please contact the Greenknoll Branch for more info!
 
Splash Bash Come and celebrate Memorial Day Weekend and the opening of our outdoor pool Saturday, May 25th from 12-4pm. We will be firing up the grills and serving $2 burgers and hot dogs. There will be great music and lots of amazing raffle prizes. Family and friends of members are more than welcome; no registration needed. Join us at the Greenknoll Outdoor Pool and be prepared for tons of fun!

National Fly a Kite Day Build your own kite and test it out at the camp Greenknoll lawn on Saturday June 15th from 1-3 pm.

Coming Soon! Introduction to Indoor Cycling
Have you ever wanted to try Indoor Cycling but thought it wasn’t for you? The Y will be offering a new Indo
or Cycling program designed just for beginners. This 8-week introduction to Indoor Cycling will be offered at both Greenknoll and Boughton Street branches. Throughout the 8 weeks, members will receive more personal and individual attention and instruction for the beginner cyclist.
