Week team-oriented approach to weight loss. Participants in the
program take advantage of all the Y has to offer, including nutrition
education, meetings with fitness specialists, beginner classes, cohort
coaches and more. Team points are earned for positive lifestyle
changes of improved nutrition and exercise.
Keep Winning
Follow-up
program to the Lose to Win program offered in 8 week sessions.
Bi-weekly classes meet over 8 weeks, spring through fall.
Participants are encouraged to find a balance between exercise and
eating healthy for continued weight loss or weight maintenance.

Ready Hold Steady
Free
fall program provides support and guidance for members to keep weight
off during the holidays.
Pounds Off Program
8
week weight loss program offered spring through fall. Healthy
lifestyle behavior changes are the focus of the program.
Participants meet with a personal trainer and registered dietitian.
Program group maximum is 10 individuals.
