School Age Program

Our goal is to provide a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment for young children to learn, thrive, and grow. We offer an exciting, safe community for young people to explore the outdoors, build self-esteem, develop interpersonal skills and succeed, developmentally and academically. Children have the opportunity to participate in Service Learning, Character Development, Indoor and Outdoor Play and Crafts.

At the Y, children are offered a range of opportunities and activities to nurture their interests and explore the world around them. Children are given are also given plenty of opportunities for physical activity outdoors.

Our experienced staff provide students with a safe, nurturing environment to help them succeed. Currently we are a before and after school program but we are tailoring it to support the new needs of remote learning.

We are asking that families supply their children with a device for remote learning and come prepared with a pair of headphones.

Our program is a licensed program for children entering Kindergarten through 12 years old.

Our full day hours of 7:30 AM -6:00 PM allow for families to be supported during remote learning.

Aside from being open daily, our program will remain open during staff development days/scheduled days off from school and early dismissal days. There are very few scheduled days  (mostly major holidays) our program will be closed which can be found in our registration packet.

Our Safety Precautions
