Living healthy is about spirit,
Be assured that at the YMCA, your children will have access to healthy choices. Kids thrive when their physical, cognitive and social-emotional development is nurtured. By creating more healthy choices, the Y’s Healthy Eating Physical Activity (HEPA) Standards lay the foundation for a positive youth development journey.
Ask your YMCA youth instructor how HEPA is implemented in your child’s school readiness or afterschool program. The Regional YMCA is a place where children GROW, THRIVE and LEARN.
