RESET Challenge


Begins February 1, 2021!

Six weeks, 30 minutes a day, five days a week! We’ll experiment with challenges and rhythms designed to open us up to a purpose-driven life. Take the Challenge, have some fun, and discover what it means to hit the RESET button.

Having a prominent place in the home to post your goals to see every day and track your progress will be key in these first days. Having an accountability buddy (an AccountabiliBuddy) or partner in the challenge will provide the motivation you need within your existing network. This week is all about RESETTINGturning over a new leaf, and setting new goals for new year. Don’t we all need a fresh page after 2020? We’re here to help you get started. We’ve come up with some suggestions for activities, challenges and resources to set you up to start strong.  


This week is all about REFRESH. We’ll supply resources, activities and challenges around Nutrition and Heart Health since February is American Heart Month. 


This week’s focus is RECONNECT. We’ll discover ways for you to reconnect with family, friends, and accountability buddies. 


Your RESET Challenge continues by rediscovering Play! Research affirms that we are STRONGER when we are having fun. This week we will add to our fitness goals two tall servings of fun. Rediscovering your joy will add to your foundation of strength. You were made to PLAY!


If we are willing to prioritize the needs of others, to reach for our best things to give, and to carve out time to serve, we will discover the transformational rewards.


Congratulations RESET Challenger, you have made it to the final week! Now, equip your arsenal (Reset, Refresh, Reconnect, Replay, Reinvest) with the final secret weapon, Restore, to be complete.
